The Northeast Maryland Security Council is a non-profit business with a mission to spread security awareness by working with resources of industry and the local governments in Harford, Cecil, Baltimore counties, and Baltimore City.The Northeast Maryland Security Council is an Industrial Security Awareness Council (ISAC) created in 2006, “to build and support the security community through education and awareness.”
