All right – you knew about our flashy web services and top-notch marketing, but did you know we could carry a tune, too?
Our very own Greg Pierce, in a collaboration with The National Aquarium in Baltimore, just released “Sea Notes”, a CD of original music to help raise funds for the Aquarium’s Guardian Angel Society. Greg composed the music for the “Jellies: Ocean Out Of Balance” exhibit at the Aquarium, and the new CD contains the soundtrack along with other instrumentals inspired by the waters of the world. The disc and CD package also contain photographs by hometown photographer David Simpson, all designed beautifully be local artist & designer John Burk. Simpson’s gorgeous cover photo is also available as a poster print as well.
Although the new website hasn’t yet launched (really? go figure…), the CD and poster are available at www.SeaNotesMusic.com, the Aquarium gift shop, Greetings And Readings (in Hunt Valley) and other local retailers. Plus, you can download the MP3’s at iTunes, Amazon.com, and CDBaby. A portion of the profits will be donated to the Aquarium’s Guardian Angel Society to provide free tickets for our friends in the military as well as the underserved and terminally-ill members of our community.
Give it a listen!
Onward and Upward!
